Concali, now one of the top construction companies in Panama was founded in April 2006 by Carlos Duncan based on the principle of offering Engineering and Construction services with the highest standards of quality.
Because of his endless pursuit for excellence, education, and the experience gained working several years for two of the biggest contractors in Panama, Mr. Duncan and his associates have positioned Concali as one of the preferred companies of the foreign community in Panama.

Project Start / Initiation
Before beginning work on your project, we’ll sit down with you and key members of the project team to discuss your goals, visions, and ideas for the project. We’ll look over any blueprints or documents, explain to you how we work, and how you can expect the project to progress.Planning and Design
Once we know the goals of your project, whether it be industrial, commercial, or residential, we’ll put together a comprehensive project plan containing all the details, blueprints, and other documentation required to bring your dream to reality. We’ll go over the plans and designs with you in detail until you are overjoyed and ready to proceed.Execution
After the project designs have been reviewed to your satisfaction, we’ll get to work. You can rest assured the most professional, qualified team available will be on your site, and working to your exact specifications.Monitoring, Controlling, Inspecting

What languages do you speak?
We are fluent in both Spanish and English and can help in whichever language you are most comfortable with. While not all of our trademen you encounter on your site will speak English, you can rest assured someone will be available to help.
What construction experience do you have?
Carlos has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Univeridad Technologica de Panama (2002) and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. Constructora Cali S.A. was established in 2006, and is backed by a team of seasoned professionals with many years in the construction services industry. Construction projects have ranged from major home renovations to many commercial and industrial applications. We have built turnkey real estate developments, and have expanded to form a group of companies called Grupo El Fraile.
We strongly recommend Carlos and his crew for construction projects of any size. He is dependable, timely, quality-oriented, and very pleasant. With his help, we achieved the look that we wanted for our apartment in Panama City.
